Strategy, consultancy and implementation for the AI era

Three service areas that support management teams in setting the direction, managing risks and developing AI initiatives from concept to organisational capability. With transparent pricing, the option of accredited professional development — and specialist experience in the NPO, social and public sectors.
Strategic Vision

Clarity on positioning, focus and guidelines — before making the first investment

We assess your AI maturity level, refine your vision and focus on a few key priorities, and establish clear guidelines for data protection and accountability. This results in a board-ready AI strategy — and a joint go/no-go decision with full cost control — before any investment is made in implementation.

For management teams who need strategic clarity before investing in AI.

Consultancy & Sparring

AI decisions with far-reaching consequences — on a sound footing

C-level executives and the board of directors receive ongoing, independent sparring: we assess model and implementation risks, support buy, build and partner decisions, and safeguard the key decision points along the way. An external perspective backed by in-depth industry experience that challenges assumptions and makes decisions robust.

For C-level executives and board members who wish to steer the integration of AI and ensure that far-reaching decisions are sound.

AI Mentoring

Hands-on from prioritisation right through to safe operation — working with your team

Together, we prioritise the most promising use cases, set up a pilot with real evidence of impact, and empower your team to use AI independently and safely. Rather than getting stuck in pilot projects, we embed AI as a repeatable capability — step by step along the path to effective AI.

For teams with the mandate to implement AI — and a need for experienced, methodical support right through to production.

Our approach

The path to effective AI

Whether a strategic baseline assessment, ongoing sparring or hands-on implementation — our collaboration follows a clear path from the initial baseline assessment right through to secure production. Three phases, nine steps, two decision points at which you decide, with full cost control, whether to proceed.

    Your result

An honest baseline assessment and a benchmark against which later benefits can be demonstrated.

    Vision, Focus & Guidelines

    Your result

A board-ready AI strategy with clear focus and safe guidelines.

  4. Gate 1 — Go / No-Go

  5. Phase B · Focusing & Validation
  6. 03

    Prioritising use cases

    Your result

Three to four prioritised use cases with genuine potential to make a difference, rather than gimmicks.

The right way to implement it — without unnecessary and costly in-house development.

  8. 05

    Your result

A team that uses AI independently and safely — knowledge stays in-house.

  14. 09
