A consulting day costs from CHF 3,500 (including preparation and follow-up, materials and documented results); a half day from CHF 1,800. Ad hoc sparring is available at an hourly rate of CHF 280. Harry Witzthum, founder of Rautaki — Doctor of Philosophy and qualified association and NPO manager VMI. He brings many years of leadership experience from national non-profit organisations, has been directly responsible for transformation processes and agile structures (including Holacracy), and lectures in accredited CAS programmes on AI strategy and AI transformation.
